danubelabs collects the following data:

  • Client company name and tax registration number
  • Optionally VAT-check related data (Addresses, names and tax registration numbers) of performed checks when cloud backup is enabled)

  • Geolocation data (country of origin for legal reasons)
  • Website Analytics data (anonymized Google Website Analytics for service enhancement)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide danubelabs with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
  • Register online
  • Use or view our website
  • During VAT checks when cloud backup is enabled
  • During Subscription Upgrades (billing data for Stripe)
danubelabs may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
  • Google Analytics
  • Stripe (payment provider)
How will we use your data?
danubelabs collects your data so that we can:

When danubelabs processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
danubelabs securely stores your data securely in Google Firebase located in “Europe-West-3” (Frankfurt).
danubelabs will keep your data as long as the user account exists. As soon as the user account is deleted, we will delete your data by deleting ALL user and account related data from the cloud environment (without means of restoration).
Marketing
danubelabs would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop danubelabs from contacting you for marketing purposes.
What are your data protection rights?
danubelabs would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
